Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot facility cooling and refrigeration equipment, including air handling units, fan coils, split AC systems, water coolers, cool rooms, blast chillers, and walk-in freezers. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, balancing, instrumentation and repairs, and support installation/modifications of cold room and cooling units. Monitor 24/7 serviceability, manage work orders to quality standards, and assist supervisors with planning, reporting, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain electrical and mechanical systems for air handling units, fan coil units, window and split air-conditioning units, water coolers, cool rooms, blast chillers, walk-in freezers, and related equipment.
•Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and repair or rectify issues on refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
•Execute installation and modification of cold room units and cooling equipment (split types, fan coils, package and ducted split A/C).
•Balance air-conditioning system sub-systems and related components (cold air ducts/dampers and controls), and perform instrumentation and repair work on refrigeration/plant facilities.
•Monitor serviceability for 24-hour operations, receive and complete work orders to required quality, assist supervisors with planning/scheduling and training, and submit daily reports.

Key Requirements

•Diploma / High School / Field Training Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
•1 - 4 years of experience maintaining cooling/refrigeration equipment.
•Ability to read, write and speak English is a must.
•Good verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to read, review, and interpret technical documents/diagrams and prepare and present technical records and reports.
