Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical advice within the scope of qualifications.
•Prepare technical reports (Technical Due Diligence).
•Act as a consultant/supervision inspector on construction projects.
•Verify building permits, execution designs as well as as-built documentation.
•Participate in acceptance inspections of entire properties and installation works.

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of professional experience
•Unlimited construction license to manage construction works in the structural specialization
•Design structural license will be an asset
•Knowledge of Polish construction law and technical conditions with a focus on their practical application
•Knowledge of English at a level that allows for fluent communication, including knowledge of industry terminology
