Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end design for key mobile app journeys from prioritisation and concept through detailed design, implementation, and launch.
  • •Design mobile-first experiences using iOS and Android conventions, including navigation models, gestures, native behaviours, accessibility, and platform constraints.
  • •Simplify complex financial workflows for mobile, balancing client needs, business goals, security requirements, and technical constraints.
  • •Prototype, test, and iterate quickly using research and data to validate interaction models before implementation.
  • •Partner with mobile engineers through implementation and contribute mobile patterns/components to the design system.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant professional experience in Product Design or UX with expectations aligned to Product Designer II (Level 3) or Senior Product Designer (Level 4).
  • •A portfolio demonstrating strong mobile product work, including shipped native iOS and/or Android experiences.
  • •Strong understanding of mobile interaction design, information architecture, navigation, gestures, states, and platform conventions.
  • •Experience partnering with mobile engineers and understanding native application constraints.
  • •Strong product thinking and ability to balance client needs, business goals, and technical realities with data-informed trade-offs.
