Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, deploy, and monitor sample/sampling processes for product launches, coordinating across functions to meet project milestones.
  • •Plan and execute production trials to improve quality, stabilize processes, handle unique customer requests, and update SOPs for repeatability.
  • •Define manufacturing specifications and quality gates with cross-functional partners for new samples and automated production lines.
  • •Input, audit, and maintain MES master data, including Digital Working Instructions, BOMs, routings, machine capacity configurations, and setup parameters.
  • •Resolve cross-departmental technical issues and coordinate with GPD, Total Quality, and Technical teams to mitigate technical risks.

Key Requirements

  • •University/college degree in technical majors such as Printing, Garment, Industrial Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical.
  • •1 to 2 years (or more) of experience in technical support, process control, quality management, system deployment, or sample development in a manufacturing facility.
  • •Hands-on understanding of manufacturing systems such as MES, APS, WMS, and ERP production modules.
  • •Familiarity with data analytics, automated reporting tools, or AI tools to improve line efficiency.
  • •Good English communication (TOEIC ≥ 550) and proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
