As a Recruiter, own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions (engineering, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and more). You’ll stand up sourcing strategies for first-of-their-kind roles, partner with founders to define interview loops and scorecards, and maintain an efficient ATS-driven funnel. This generalist role requires adaptability, cross-functional collaboration, and a record of hiring across fast-growing organizations.
