Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruiting across prioritized functions including engineering, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and other emerging roles
  • •Flex between requisitions and reprioritize quickly, partnering with GTM and Technical recruiters to absorb overflow and lead new or unconventional searches
  • •Stand up sourcing strategies for unfamiliar or first-of-their-kind roles and build playbooks where none exist
  • •Partner with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops, and SLAs for each search
  • •Craft crisp outreach and a high-touch candidate experience from first message to signed offer
  • •Keep the funnel instrumented through ATS hygiene, conversion data, and iterative improvements
