Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform onboarding at an AECOM office (Day 1) as a condition of employment.
  • •Learn and apply financial terminology and processes to analyze financial data’s impact on projects.
  • •Research and analyze data for cost and schedule analysis, including progress/performance trends.
  • •Develop initial analyses for manpower, labor hours, and labor costs versus budget limitations and tracking actual costs to funding limitations.
  • •Support tracking of purchase orders and subcontract commitments/expenditures and build knowledge of WBS, earned value, scope control, change management, and scheduling/cost baseline fundamentals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • •Typically 10+ years of experience in project reporting, project controls, or performance management.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, rail, transportation, construction, or engineering projects.
  • •Working knowledge of WBS concepts, earned value concepts, and performance/cost-schedule analysis principles.
  • •Professional certifications are desirable, such as PMP, Primavera P6, Power BI, or AACE.
