Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete deployment projects on or before expected SLOs and integrate new systems into existing network architecture.
  • •Manage customer support tickets efficiently to assist with technical issues and maintain healthy deployments.
  • •Proactively engage with customers to support ongoing deployment health and outcomes.
  • •Advise key customers on security infrastructure design and planning as a trusted advisor.
  • •Maintain and enhance communication between go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations.

Key Requirements

  • •A technical educational background or experience working as a Network, Cloud, OT or SOC Engineer (or similar role).
  • •Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN, cyber security principles, and the OSI reference model.
  • •Entry-level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices.
  • •Basic familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model.
  • •Foundational-level knowledge and/or certifications with vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks.
