  • •Independently define and own the long-term strategic roadmap for a complex enterprise product area within the Identify team.
  • •Lead features from concept to launch based on business strategy and OKRs, ensuring execution quality and measurable impact.
  • •Drive roadmap definition and prioritization aligned with the broader multi-year Identity platform vision.
  • •Define and analyze product metrics (North Star targets and Guardrail KPIs) to monitor success and diagnose performance.
  • •Partner across Engineering, UX, Sales, Data Science, User Research, and Marketing to translate technical requirements into developer-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic 8+ years of SaaS product management experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree (ideally technical or business).
  • •Experience managing enterprise B2B products through large-scale migrations, architectural transitions, or feature deprecations.
  • •Experience with distributed systems, complex platform integrations, and 3rd-party API management.
  • •Knowledge of user experience and interaction design fundamentals with a user-centric approach.
  • •Fluency in top-tier written and verbal communication to translate technical logic to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Sales and Legal).
