Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete safety training and follow Micron safety policies while performing duties.
  • •Lead process improvement activities within the WET/CMP area.
  • •Drive efforts toward establishing high-quality mass-production technologies through multi-angle improvement actions.
  • •Propose and execute system/process improvements to increase productivity.
  • •Make accurate disposition decisions for process abnormal items and release lots safely and quickly, including leading improvement projects for chronic issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic semiconductor knowledge.
  • •Experience 1+ year as an engineer or technician (T3 or higher) in a semiconductor-related factory.
  • •Ability to communicate with relevant departments internally and externally to advance work.
  • •Fluent communication in Japanese.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to organize issues based on data.
