Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct environmental field programs including groundwater monitoring, soil sampling, drilling investigations, and remediation activities.
  • •Collect, document, and manage environmental data and samples in accordance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • •Prepare and implement site-specific health and safety plans that protect workers, clients, and the public.
  • •Identify, assess, and report site hazards, near misses, and incidents to support a strong safety culture.
  • •Coordinate field activities, equipment, subcontractors, and project logistics, and support remediation by tracking waste and documenting progress.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 47,200 - 65,000

Key Requirements

  • •Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Technology, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience with soil and groundwater sampling is considered an asset.
  • •Understanding of environmental field investigation and contaminated sites practices.
  • •Knowledge of field health and safety requirements with a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
  • •Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle with willingness to travel to project sites as required.
