Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver a community management strategy aligned with landlord objectives and resident experience, including operating model and service standards.
  • •Own premium resident experience through proactive communication, relationship building, service recovery, and resident experience frameworks.
  • •Oversee day-to-day community operations (facilities management, landscaping, security), including inspections and service-provider KPI/SLA monitoring.
  • •Coordinate luxury property and villa management activities such as preventative/reactive maintenance, refurbishment, inspections, and documentation.
  • •Manage stakeholders and commercial performance, including annual OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, variance analysis, governance/compliance, and management reporting/dashboard KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • •Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE managing premium residential communities or luxury villas.
  • •Proven experience delivering personalized service for high-net-worth residents.
  • •Strong commercial understanding of budgets, contracts, and service-provider management.
  • •Ability to manage complex operations efficiently and effectively.
