Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate mixing equipment according to production schedules and established procedures.
  • •Measure, stage, and add ingredients using production formulas and work instructions.
  • •Monitor mixing processes and make adjustments within defined parameters to maintain product quality.
  • •Enter production, batch, and quality data into computer systems and complete required documentation.
  • •Clean, sanitize, and perform basic preventive maintenance; follow food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and PPE requirements.
