Join a 2-year Operations Engineering Graduate Development Program building aerospace manufacturing capability in Singapore. Year 1 focuses on immersive shopfloor experience across Collins manufacturing operations, including CNC machining, production execution, OEE/performance analysis, and root-cause problem solving with safety, quality, and compliance. Year 2 expands through cross-functional rotations and real business projects in quality, productivity, delivery performance, process optimization, and digital manufacturing/Future Factory transformation priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in daily manufacturing and production operations and support operational execution on the shopfloor.
•Support shopfloor problem-solving, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
•Analyze manufacturing data and operational performance trends (including OEE) to identify improvement opportunities.
•Support continuous improvement, productivity initiatives, and waste reduction projects using Lean practices.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering and operational projects and present findings/recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of working experience.
•Strong interest in aerospace manufacturing and operations.
•Willingness to work in a hands-on shopfloor manufacturing environment.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning agility capability.
