Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the physical and visual security of F135 spares, issuing hardware and processing retrograde hardware returned from the depot (SAP/ERP).
  • •Oversee kitting, including the material review board process, U.S. government property verification, and unserviceable material processing.
  • •Coordinate with MUW warehouses and central inventory for rapid pick/pack/ship of F135 spares and update PW information systems when material changes.
  • •Support full MUW operations including JSP inventory, logical (SAP) building and managing Deployment Spares Packages (DSP), and tailored spares kit builds for RTAT compression planning.
  • •Oversee international trade compliance for sensitive technology material imports/exports and oversee shipping and receiving activities for the MUW in Australia.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •5 years of Operations experience in warehousing or supporting aircraft maintenance, or an Advanced degree with 3 years of Operations experience in warehousing or supporting aircraft maintenance.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • •Must be able to obtain all required work permits and other access requirements and maintain.
