Job Summary

Client Engagement Executive in HSBC International Wealth and Personal Banking supporting sales growth, engaging prospects at roadshows and events, and delivering HSBC’s branded customer experience. You will collaborate with Customer Acquisition to plan and optimize activities, drive product knowledge in Cards, Loans and Borrowing, and build long-term relationships through quality after-sales engagement.

Job Function: Strategy & Corporate Development

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve performance expectations and contribute toward the Retails business in line with IWPB strategic direction
•Support and engage in roadshow or events including approach prospect leads for acquisition to deliver the overall sales result
•Proactively work with Managers and Team Leader Customer Acquisition to plan, execute and optimize sales activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities
•To champion and drive a culture that supports the HSBC branded customer experience
•Provide quality after sales engagement to strengthen long-term relationships

Key Requirements

•Min Diploma in any field or equivalent sales experience
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customer effectively
•Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment
•High level of self-discipline, accountability and willingness to learn from mistakes to avoid repeated errors
•Demonstrated experience in acquiring affluent segment with strong products knowledge in Cards, Loan and Borrowing products
