Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and manage automation projects from ideation to hand-off to operations
•Architect, write, and debug PLC code for high-volume manufacturing with maintainability and reusability in mind
•Ensure factory safety and reliability by implementing ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA compliant systems for robotics, gantries, conveyors, and related equipment
•Create intuitive, aesthetically simple HMI screens to simplify operation and troubleshooting of complex machines
•Integrate individual equipment into master SCADA and MES systems and ensure compliant electrical design

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or chemical discipline
•5+ years of experience with high-speed manufacturing, controls and automation, and/or programming
•Experience designing and debugging PLC code for high-volume manufacturing
•Knowledge of ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA safety standards for robotics and conveyors
•Ability to design electrical systems compliant with NEC, NFPA, and UL508A regulations
