Key Responsibilities

•Design system firmware and product architecture for embedded controller systems.
•Design, develop, code, test, debug, implement, and document embedded firmware components or applications.
•Develop firmware for digital, analog, RF, power, and motion control systems.
•Participate in design and code reviews, hardware/software integration, and development testing.
•Communicate status and provide schedule input to management and team members.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of embedded software, hardware and/or firmware experience in a product development environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent).
•6+ years of experience with C/C++ in an embedded development environment.
•Experience with embedded Linux, VxWorks or other RTOS.
•Experience with Yocto Project/OpenEmbedded for Linux system development.
