Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver white-glove Level 2 AV operational support for executive meetings, corporate events, and digital signage.
  • •Support live broadcasts, Town Halls, webcast events, and Visa TV productions, including video switching and scene/graphics workflows.
  • •Troubleshoot AV, audio, video, and conferencing issues in real time to minimize disruptions for in-person and remote participants.
  • •Coordinate event planning artifacts (plans, production schedules, timelines, run-of-show) and manage setup/operation/breakdown.
  • •Partner with stakeholders and AV vendors, participate in pre-briefings and post-event reviews, and improve operational processes.

Key Requirements
