Job Summary

Partner with the US distribution center network to deliver HR strategies across employee relations, performance, talent management, and compensation. •Manage the HR business relationship for the US DC Network across employee relations, performance, talent management, and compensation.
•Partner with management to structure and develop teams, including coaching through restructures and people impact/change communications.
•Determine training needs for the DC Network and coach managers on talent and succession management to drive performance and engagement.
•Address employee relations issues, including mediation, problem-resolution, and managing high-level or sensitive matters such as terminations and investigations.
•Drive HR responsibilities for organizational setup and data integrity within SAP systems.

Key Requirements

•Four-year college or university degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Psychology.

•Ability to handle confidential and sensitive HR matters professionally; strong conflict resolution and analytical skills.
