Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain the end-to-end AI content pipeline (brief/insight, image/video generation, editing, versioning, and media hand-off) with documented inputs/outputs and pass marks.
  • •Turn successful workflows into replicable playbooks (prompt libraries, brand rule sets, references, routing rules, and quality checklists).
  • •Scale content multiplication through batch generation, variant/versioning frameworks, and market- and channel-ready formats.
  • •Produce short-form social, digital, and brand content using the pipeline, translating briefs/storyboards into AI images, video sequences, and visual concepts that fit KSA/UAE/GCC.
  • •Continuously evaluate generative AI tools, stress-test capabilities, and provide enablement via documentation, training sessions, and workshops.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years of experience in content production, creative technology, digital, or a related field.
  • •Direct, production-level GenAI experience using image and video tools such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, FLUX, and ElevenLabs.
  • •Systems thinking with a repeatable AI content process where later runs are faster than the first.
  • •Comfort with prompt libraries, reference management, batch/API-driven generation, automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), and working with LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT.
  • •Strong creative foundation in storytelling, composition, cinematography and editing using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Photoshop (or similar).
