Job Summary

Lead Americas credit and collections for a rapidly growing enterprise SaaS business. Own end-to-end AR lifecycle from credit reviews to cash collection, drive automation and AI-enabled workflows, manage a team of managers and analysts, and partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, and Customer Success to optimize credit risk, collections, and term negotiations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Set the Americas credit and collections strategy, including portfolio management, aging reviews, and cash forecasting.
•Own the Americas collections automation roadmap, including segmentation, dunning workflows, self-service payments, and automated dispute routing.
•Drive AI adoption across credit/collections workflows, including AI-drafted correspondence, predictive risk scoring, and automated reconciliation of responses.
•Lead and develop a team of credit and collections professionals, establishing KPIs around DSO, aging, collection effectiveness, and automation coverage.
•Own credit risk strategy for new and existing Americas customers, including credit policies, limits, payment term guidelines, and data-driven escalation of higher-risk accounts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 230,000 annually
