Contracting Project Mgr

Manage contracting projects end-to-end, leading project execution and coordinating scope, schedule, and budget. Oversee controls and turn-key project administration, including risk analysis, contract reviews, compliance, vendor/subcontractor RFQs, cash-flow and change-order management, and customer satisfaction. Create and maintain CPM-based schedules, oversee materials and orders, and ensure quality and successful warranty transition, with occasional travel and flexibility outside standard hours.
