  • •Set and execute recruitment strategy at targeted campuses across the state, using data to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • •Identify and conduct outreach to corps member prospects by sourcing leaders and tailoring engagement strategies and messaging.
  • •Plan and execute recruitment events and initiatives that drive candidate engagement and support campaign goals.
  • •Steward candidates through the admissions process by building individualized relationships and guiding candidates’ continued commitment.

Salary: USD 61,300 - 96,700 annually

Key Requirements
