Own Function Health’s workforce management (WFM) during a 6-month leadership leave, keeping established staffing models, forecasting, scheduling, and cross-functional reporting running. Validate AI-driven demand forecasting, translate outputs into interval staffing plans, manage BPO capacity planning, and co-own the labor cost model with Finance. Coordinate with Marketing, Data Science, and Ops to align workforce planning to launches, optimize hiring recommendations, and maintain recurring OKR and operational reporting cadences.

Key Responsibilities

•Validate AI-driven demand forecasting outputs and translate forecasts into interval-level staffing plans, including bias corrections
•Maintain and improve existing staffing models (headcount-to-volume alignment, SLA modeling, scenario planning) and defend outputs
•Build and distribute weekly schedules and coordinate shift coverage, gaps, and real-time adjustments
•Own BPO forecast and capacity planning by translating volume projections into vendor capacity needs and flagging misalignment
•Co-own monthly Finance labor cost model reviews, deliver hiring plan recommendations, and maintain OKR/KR tracking with leadership updates

Key Requirements

•4+ years in workforce management, capacity planning, or workforce operations
•Experience scaling support functions in high-growth companies, including membership growth, new channel launches, and geographic expansion
•Strong modeling skills with comfort working with large datasets and BI tools (e.g., Databricks, Looker, Tableau)
•Experience managing or coordinating BPO vendors, including capacity planning and invoice reconciliation
•Familiarity with WFM tools, helpdesk platforms (Intercom), and HRIS/scheduling systems (Rippling)
