Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead moderately complex projects to launch new programs and implement scalable processes across multiple accounts or regions
  • •Use CX portfolio understanding to assist in scaling strategies and enablement for recurring revenue offers
  • •Influence outcomes across related teams and assigned accounts to drive program expansion and contract optimization
  • •Deliver product and systems knowledge to sales and/or partner teams through demos, enablement sessions, and strategic alignment forums
  • •Track customer outcomes, escalate risks/opportunities, and coordinate program launches with accurate adoption tracking and reporting
