Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations across manufacturing, materials management, quality, EHS, human resources, and operational excellence.
  • •Drive operational performance improvements across customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, delivery, inventory, cost, and profitability metrics.
  • •Maintain full P&L accountability, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Eaton business system, Lean Six Sigma, Eaton Quality System, Balanced Scorecard, and other operating processes.
  • •Ensure compliance with Eaton policies and applicable government, financial, environmental, safety, and labor regulations.

Key Requirements
