Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, guide selections, and provide recommendations and specials.
  • •Take food and beverage orders, place them accurately with the kitchen, and deliver dishes to the correct seats.

  • •Prepare and settle bills accurately, take payments, and return correct change.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume casual or upscale-casual full-service restaurant.
  • •Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • •Excellent communication and guest-engagement skills, with confidence in upselling and strong food & beverage knowledge.
  • •Ability to stay calm, fast and accurate under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent required (hospitality diploma/degree is an asset).
