Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead proof of concepts and demos by identifying prospect requirements and designing PoCs for their reserving processes.
  • •Provide industry expertise and guidance to the product team for the next generation reserving roadmap, including recommending workflows.
  • •Lead client training and implementation by delivering customized onboarding and supporting seamless software adoption.
  • •Drive thought leadership by presenting at industry conferences and Akur8 Academy webinars.
  • •Serve as client advocate internally by gathering and sharing feedback with sales and product to support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •ACAS or FCAS credentials.
  • •5+ years of experience with P&C reserving in an actuarial department or consulting role.
  • •1+ year experience using either Arius or ResQ reserving solutions.
  • •Deep knowledge of enterprise P&C reserving practices to represent Akur8 in discussions with experienced reserving actuaries.
  • •Strong client management and communication skills, including the ability to explain how Akur8 addresses client needs.
