Support the development and execution of partner marketing programs for North America channel partners to drive measurable revenue growth. Collaborate with channel sales, revenue marketing, partner programs, and external partners to build co-marketing initiatives, improve partner activation, and contribute to pipeline growth. Track and optimize partner-sourced performance using KPIs and measurement frameworks, assist with budget tracking, and maintain standards for partner content and enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development and execution of partner marketing programs to drive regional channel growth and revenue impact.
•Help execute partner co-marketing strategies and contribute to repeatable co-marketing frameworks that improve partner activation and pipeline contribution.
•Assist with integrated go-to-market campaigns across the partner ecosystem and support joint plans for strategic accounts and priority partner segments.
•Track performance across partner marketing programs using KPIs and measurement frameworks, including marketing-sourced/influenced attribution and optimization.
•Support operational execution by handling budget tracking, partner content standards, enablement support, and regular business reviews with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•1 years of partner marketing or related channel marketing experience; comparable partner model experience is a plus.
•Experience supporting cross-functional partner GTM programs that contribute to pipeline and revenue through channel partners.
•Familiarity with partner pipeline growth strategies across co-sell and co-marketing motions.
•Experience supporting partner demand generation programs (partner seller incentives, events, webinars, sponsorship coordination, and digital activation).
•Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools, including campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.
