Key Responsibilities

  • •Govern and evaluate all phases of the SDLC, including review of documentation, testing evidence, change artefacts, and data migration reconciliations through post-go-live.
  • •Develop and manage evidence checklists and trackers to maintain completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness for control activities.
  • •Mentor project teams to generate credible, high-quality evidence packages and guide control walkthrough narratives.
  • •Provide insights and reporting on control readiness, evidence integrity, impediments, control posture, emerging risks, and remediation progress across complex transformations.
  • •Facilitate internal and external audit engagements, collaborating with auditors on scope and sampling while maintaining independence and objectivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in IT audit, ITGC, and SOX compliance (SOX 404).
  • •Experience designing and delivering transformation programmes.
  • •Certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CRISC.
  • •Experience working with external auditors on SOX compliance within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • •Strong understanding of application control environments and SDLC principles in complex transformation projects.
