Key Responsibilities

•Adheres to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and paediatric LTC safety requirements while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
•Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying risks and enhancing operational efficiency within paediatric long‑term rehabilitation services.
•Conducts comprehensive paediatric assessments, establishes diagnoses, and develops individualized, family‑centered physiotherapy treatment plans.
•Educates children, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team on therapy goals, treatment plans, and safe participation in rehabilitation activities.
•Monitors progress using standardized paediatric outcome measures, adjusts interventions as needed, and ensures safety through ongoing risk assessment.

Key Requirements

•Qualified Physiotherapist with a BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy, plus specialty certifications such as Dry Needling, Spinal Manipulation, Bobath, or Mulligan Concept.
