Key Responsibilities

•Act as the voice of the customer in OI facilities, owning customer experience from point of sale through on-site delivery.
•Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and serve as the main point of contact for customers and vendors.
•Coordinate kickoff/turnover activities, including confirming scope and estimates and scheduling with production to align with “Customer Ship Date” in AX.
•Provide direction and oversight across the project team (engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, accounting) and monitor progress, costs, and contract compliance.
•Prepare change order proposals, manage submittals/approvals, coordinate site visits if needed, and resolve issues from sale through project completion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Civil Engineering preferred.
•3+ years of project management experience.
•Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
•Intermediate to advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
