Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the voice of the customer in OI facilities, owning customer experience from point of sale through on-site delivery.
  • •Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and serve as the main point of contact for customers and vendors.
  • •Coordinate kickoff/turnover activities, including confirming scope and estimates and scheduling with production to align with “Customer Ship Date” in AX.
  • •Provide direction and oversight across the project team (engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, accounting) and monitor progress, costs, and contract compliance.
  • •Prepare change order proposals, manage submittals/approvals, coordinate site visits if needed, and resolve issues from sale through project completion.
