  • •Manage, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers, supporting career growth and psychological safety.
  • •Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding/training for engineering vacancies on the team.
  • •Partner with product managers, UX designers, data analysts, and editorial partners across the product development lifecycle.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead technical planning, scoping, and execution of software projects.
  • •Conduct software design and code reviews to maintain code health, architectural integrity, and security standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or leading data engineers in an agile organization.
  • •Experience as an individual contributor shipping robust code for large-scale data applications or services.
  • •Demonstrated collaboration within cross-functional Agile/Scrum product teams.
  • •Experience with GCP, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
  • •Proficiency in SQL plus at least one other general-purpose programming language such as Python.
