Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond promptly to alerts following SOC monitoring processes.
  • •Troubleshoot security alerts by researching solutions and delivering fixes.
  • •Manage security changes in accordance with required change management processes.
  • •Handle and orchestrate the full ticket workflow: track, review, and manage received tickets.
  • •Prioritize tasks against SLAs, identify service-impacting issues, and proactively escalate risks and opportunities for service improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or equivalent technical training in the area.
  • •Knowledge of security monitoring tools such as DarkTrace, CrowdStrike, or GuardDuty.
  • •Knowledge of network infrastructures (LAN/WAN) and networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and MPLS.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate networking/security issues clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Willingness to learn new network/security products and technologies quickly, often without formalized training.
