Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct field work including commissioning, system configuration, upgrade, service, repair, and installation at customer sites.
  • •Identify and resolve technical issues, including hardware malfunctions, software errors, and network connectivity problems.
  • •Configure devices and troubleshoot IP networks, and provide remote support to customers via online tools.
  • •Deliver system maintenance courses to clients and participate in aftermarket activities.
  • •Maintain client relationships, communicate with customers/shipowners on-site, and provide CCTV solution recommendations to the product line manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (three-year degree preferred) or equivalent technical experience.
  • •Experience in field service in oil & gas and/or marine onshore/offshore environments, including offshore platforms and vessels.
  • •Physically fit to carry equipment/tools while ascending or descending vessels and rigs.
  • •Preferred experience with CCTV systems and Fire & Safety systems in similar environments.
  • •Knowledge of IP networking (configuration, troubleshooting, and system operation) and fluent written/spoken English.
