Lead day-to-day store operations while supporting the store leadership team and delivering an exceptional, consumer-centric customer experience. Coach and develop associates, help achieve sales goals by tracking KPIs, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize store profitability, maintain visual merchandising, protect inventory integrity, and support training, onboarding, and local community initiatives.
