Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the transformation to further enable US SME on its path to becoming an insight-driven business.
  • •Define and execute a roadmap of in-depth data analysis to drive decision making within the US SME organization, leveraging automation tools and AI.
  • •Provide metrics and insights to the US SME GM to understand business health and performance.
  • •Lead the annual process to design territories and portfolios, create targets, and build Sales Incentive Plans and scorecards for Customer and Acquisition teams.
  • •Grow and develop the team of strong performers, providing guidance for Customer and Acquisition performance reporting.
