Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver retail operations guidelines and company strategy across assigned stores.
  • •Manage performance of all retail stores in the allocated territory.
  • •Drive revenue, profitability, cost, and budget targets, including preparing sales forecasts and monitoring AOP performance.
  • •Identify growth opportunities and new store locations, and develop action plans to improve store performance.
  • •Manage relationships with landlords and buyers; analyze market trends, competitor activity, and store performance; oversee stock control and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred in business management (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •At least 10 years of retail experience in the sports retail industry, including exposure to international, multi-market, or distributor environments.
  • •Strong understanding of retail operations and retail business performance drivers.
  • •Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • •Ability to lead and develop high-performing store teams, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
