Own and deploy Mastercard Fraud & Risk Intelligence products across Europe, with a strong focus on Financial Crime solutions including crypto and AML. Lead regional go-to-market strategy execution, analyze market and competitor trends, and collaborate with internal teams to launch and scale products. Drive product performance measurement with relevant data and reporting tools, while providing deep domain expertise to customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies to maximize product penetration and value delivered to customers, aligned with internal teams and supporting sales with plans, material, pricing, and training.
•Analyze market trends, dynamics, and competition to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
•Interface with market teams and cross-functional partners as product owner to ensure successful product launches.
•Lead idea generation, concept validation, business case development, and financial modeling and planning.
•Support Customer Success by monitoring and evaluating product performance using relevant data; build reporting templates and tools and generate product insights.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of fraud and financial crime solutions in account-based payments, including experience launching and scaling products and services.
•Good communication and client presentation skills to clearly explain complex content in a simple, compelling way.
•Familiarity with the Greater EUR region and ability to communicate in local languages (plus).
•Strong analytical skills for structured analysis and synthesizing large data sets; advanced Excel skills.
•Bachelor’s degree required.
