Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, modify, optimize, and monitor SMT processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
  • •Support NPI activities across SMT project phases, including implementing new products and creating process/work documentation (e.g., packaging standards, assembly instructions, process specifications).
  • •Track process errors, prepare cause-analysis reports, and propose corrective actions.
  • •Implement changes to PCBA production in line with technical drawing changes and maintain SMT operating standards for equipment on the SMT line (placement, AOI).
  • •Evaluate and recommend new SMT equipment, draft requirements for new lines, and investigate technical engineering issues to identify primary causes of defects.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of experience in SMT.
  • •Experience with AOI and programming/optimization of SMT equipment.
  • •Knowledge of SMT processes (placement, screen print, reflow) and SMT equipment.
  • •Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge for SMT equipment.
  • •Technical bachelor’s degree in electrotechnics or electronics (and ability to understand electrical circuit schematics).
