Negotiate contracts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, while tracking activity and pipelines through CRM tools like HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
•Identify and pursue new opportunities in hospitality consultancy, franchising, and event partnerships.
•Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, hotel operators, and brand partners.
•Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
•Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements and track activities/pipelines through CRM tools (HubSpot).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
•5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or commercial management, preferably in hospitality/F&B/design.
•Proven track record securing high-value projects and partnerships.
•Strong network within the UAE and GCC hospitality and real estate industries.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
