Hatchery Maintenance Mechanic

Maintain incubation equipment, buildings, and grounds at the hatchery facility. Perform preventative maintenance on systems such as incubation and heating/air conditioning, monitor daily machine performance, and manage spare parts inventory for incubators and equipment. Document maintenance issues and communicate concerns to hatchery leadership while enforcing company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies. Work scheduled Sunday–Thursday nights.
