Senior Armament Systems & Weapon Integration Engineer (Military Derivatives)

Own the end-to-end development and integration of armament systems for aerial platforms, covering concept-to-retirement lifecycle, trade studies, and technical analysis. Define system architectures and interfaces for armament control, stores management, and weapon bay/carriage solutions, then lead integration using ICDs and technical assessments. Support testing, qualification, safety/documentation, and airworthiness/certification activities, while coordinating with suppliers and mentoring junior engineers.
