Job Summary

Support AVEVA’s trade compliance work by administering incoming Know Your Customer flag clearance requests and managing the central inbox/service desk. Review potential compliance concerns, customer contract extracts, and policy updates in line with AVEVA’s risk appetite. Maintain screening-system administration, deliver high-quality record-keeping, and perform ad-hoc legal research while coordinating with commercial legal, commercial operations, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer incoming Know Your Customer flag clearance requests and manage the central inbox/service desk.
•Manage timelines for review and response and help resolve customer compliance concerns within AVEVA’s risk appetite.
•Administer and support AVEVA’s screening system (user management and escalation routes).
•Maintain high standards of record-keeping and conduct ad-hoc legal research to support live issues.
•Review customer contract extracts for trade compliance protections and liaise with commercial/legal stakeholders for transaction details, risk assessments, and due diligence reports.

Key Requirements
