Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in legal operations, technical program management, or technology implementation, with direct ownership of legal or compliance systems.
  • •Proven project management, systems integration, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • •Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira and procurement tools such as Coupa, plus CLMs and workflow/process improvement.
  • •Technical acumen to evaluate and integrate new technologies and AI solutions.
