Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to successful portfolio delivery in accordance with Project Management best practices and effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • •Apply Project Controls, Contracts Administration and Cost Planning into project systems and processes on multiple work packages.
  • •Partner with the Project Manager and project team to create and monitor budgets, validate invoicing, support project close-out, and reconcile overall project payables and receivables.
  • •Play a key role in the performance of the project team to meet client outcomes, deliver tangible benefits, and maintain profitability.
  • •Assist with weekly time tracking and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • •2–6 years’ experience applying coordination or project support skills.
  • •Working knowledge of project management principles (e.g. PMI framework).
  • •Project controls and/or junior project reporting experience.
  • •Knowledge of cost control and/or cost reporting systems, procedures and practices.
