Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementation and advisory engagements by rapidly learning new Salesforce Clouds and technologies to ramp up with confidence.
  • •Ensure scalable, standard methodology solutions that meet and exceed customer needs.
  • •Act as lead architect for engagements by coordinating and aligning work across multiple architects.
  • •Align with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation with the customer.
  • •Support solution evaluation and delivery by reviewing/steering vision and implementation approach, and providing hands-on configuration when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation for a major software domain (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR), including coding experience in object-oriented languages.
  • •A detailed understanding of web services, data modeling, and enterprise application integration, including ESBs/ETL tools and integration design patterns with enterprise systems.
  • •Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform, including coded solutions.
  • •Ability to build and maintain key relationships with C-level and mid-level decision makers and guide evaluation of business and technical requirements.
  • •Experience as a Senior Architect and/or CTO in a mid to large organization, demonstrating leadership driving organizational transformation (preferred).
