Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development of project budgets, cost plans, and estimates.
  • •Prepare and manage cost forecasts across all project phases, including feasibility and cost-benefit analysis.
  • •Monitor financial performance vs. approved budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions with monthly cost reporting.
  • •Lead tendering activities, prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and review/negotiates contractor and supplier proposals.
  • •Manage contract administration, including change orders, variations, claims, disputes, and contractual compliance; support commercial negotiations and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, commercial management, or project controls.
  • •Proven experience managing costs for large-scale construction, real estate, industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects.
  • •Professional certification such as MRICS, RICS, PMP, AACE, CCP, or equivalent is preferred.
  • •Experience delivering cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial support across the project lifecycle.
