Job Summary

Join the project delivery team to support the end-to-end delivery of KitchenPark facilities, from site readiness through construction, commissioning, and handover to Operations. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and local authorities, help manage site safety and readiness, prepare cost estimates, and maintain detailed documentation. This role starts with projects in Abu Dhabi for ~6 months, then transitions to overseeing sites in Dubai and other Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

•Support projects from design approvals through construction, commissioning, and handover to Operations.
•Coordinate with local authorities; support inspections and regulatory approvals.
•Organize materials and help ensure sites are safe and clean.
•Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available.
•Maintain detailed documentation of site engineering activities and collaborate with management to align to business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Civil, Construction, Mechanical, or related field (preferred).
•3–5 years of relevant experience in site engineering, construction, or project delivery.
•Experience supporting on-site execution, contractor coordination, and fit-out works.
•Ability to work in fast-paced, site-based environments with multiple stakeholders.
•Familiarity with local construction codes, safety standards, and authority requirements (Qatar advantage).
