Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage accounts to ensure the team delivers all account outputs on time and to standard
  • •Ensure accurate and timely delivery of data tables, KPIs, presentations, reports and workshops, balancing own analysis with delegation
  • •Develop and implement solutions to drive meaningful insights for clients and their business
  • •Build deep knowledge of clients and their business across interactions and deliverables
  • •Conduct research in compliance with ISO 20252 and the company Quality Manual

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to degree level (preferably Marketing or Business)
  • •At least 3 years of proven experience in Market Research agency or Consumer Insights
